After registration, you will receive ID cards in the mail for you and your family.
Registration is an expression of intent, not a contract. While Science Care strives to accept every donation, final acceptance is contingent upon medical and suitability criteria at the time of passing, to honor the intent of donation and to safely serve the needs of the medical community.
