Tribute

In Deep Remembrance of Ms. Annie Wu (1948 – 2026) Annie Wu was born in China in 1948. Her life was a beautiful journey composed of resilience, deep love, and silent dedication. In the 1980s, she bravely immigrated to the United States, starting from scratch in a completely unfamiliar environment. With her industrious hands, she carved out a world full of hope for herself and her family. Annie's life was a perfect reflection of diligence and frugality. She was hardworking and thrifty, cherishing everything and always leaving the best for her family. While she was disciplined and sought simplicity for herself, she was incredibly generous toward others. She was inherently warm-hearted and always eager to help. Whether neighbors or friends were in need, she never hesitated to lend a hand, illuminating everyone around her with warmth. As an elder in the family, Annie was the solid cornerstone of the entire household. She poured countless efforts into caring for the younger generations, using selfless love, meticulous care, and the wisdom of an elder to accompany the growth of her nephews, nieces, and the next generation of the family. Her silent contributions built a spiritual haven in the hearts of the younger generation, one that will forever be filled with warmth. In addition to diligently managing her household, Annie also had a heart that loved exploring the world. She greatly enjoyed traveling, keen to appreciate different natural landscapes, experience diverse cultures, and savor local cuisines. This curiosity and desire for exploration kept her youthful, cheerful, and vibrant throughout her life. On June 1, 2026, Annie peacefully concluded her rich and wonderful life. In her final moments, she made a noble and great decision: to donate her body freely to medical science. This act of kindness perfectly aligned with her lifelong spirit of selfless dedication. Even as she departed this world, she chose to help others and benefit the future in her own way, leaving behind the final gesture of gentleness and great love for the world. Although Annie has departed, her spirit will forever inspire us. Her voice and smile, her tenacity and kindness, will live forever in the hearts of her family, friends, and everyone she touched with her generosity. It is hoped that those who receive her bequest will sincerely cherish the selfless love she left for others and continue to carry on her legacy. Annie, rest in peace.
