Tribute

Arlene L. Lapa, aged 86, passed away on August 14, 2024, in Mesa, AZ. Born on November 12, 1938, Arlene was known for her honest, friendly, loving, and generous nature. Arlene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roland Lapa; her father, Arbel Ruhlander; her mother, Roberta Ruhlander; and her brother, Archie Ruhlander. She leaves behind a loving family including her sons, Dean Lapa and Keith Lapa (Kelly); her daughter, Deanna Townsend; grandchildren, Klayton Lapa (Tiffany), Matt Johnson (Hailey), Kylea Johnson, Alyssa Lapa, Kolton Lapa, Michael Johnson (Emily), Gabi Townsend, and Leonardo Townsend Jr.; and great-granddaughters, Elizabeth and Eliza. No services are planned for Arlene. Her memory will continue to be cherished by all who knew her.
