Byron Wade Thurman was the Love of my life. 36 years together, 33 1/2 married. He was a Crew Chief in the Air Force. He was born and raised in El Paso. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, and fur babies, Izziadorh and Lirin. His best friends Brian and Carrie Box. People used to ask how we made it as long as we have. Byron's typically answer was "We didn't hate each other on the same day." I would tell them what my mom told me "You have to be like a tree....give and take as the wind blows."
