Tribute

Carmen was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico in 1949 to Jose C. Ortiz and Ana D. Reyes. She had two siblings, Efrain M. Feliciano Sr. (deceased) and Jose Ortiz Jr. Carmen was married to James J. Obendorfer (deceased). She attended St. Mary's School Perth Amboy, NJ and then graduated from Middlesex County College as an accountant. After graduating she worked as an accountant at a private firm until 1999 when she moved to Texas. She then worked for Emergent USA LLC until she retired in 2016. Camen enjoyed baking, completing crossword puzzles, playing solitaire and camping. She loved spending time with her two dogs, Snoop and Sarge. Carmen is survived by her son David John Marti Jr.; her grandchildren David J. Marti Jr. 2nd., Danielle C. Marti, Douglas J. Marti and other family and friends. She will always be loved and remembered for her beautiful smile.
