Carolyn Toner
Tribute
Mom was a doting mother and very giving to all. She was smart and meticulous and always wanted things done right. She had a green thumb and loved her houseplants and flower gardens, and her bird feeders were always full! She was her church organist for many years, and the sound of her playing often filled the house. She was also fond of working on arts and crafts and loved reading and trips to the flea market.A number of health issues began to wear her down beginning with uterine cancer that required extensive radiation in 1991. This caused her many problems, some life threatening, that she endured and survived through sheer will power, and eventually a ten-year battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy claimed her in 2019. She will be missed.
