Tribute

Charles loved living in California, he had many friends. He served his country and is a Vietnam Veteran. He graduated from Berkeley College with both a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Landscape Architecture. He loved dancing salsa and traveling. He is survived by his two sisters Norma and Ruth and hisi two daughters. He is loved by his family and his friends and will be missed.

Friends & Family

Charles had many friends in the Salsa community like Dale, Lori, Archie, Carmen, and Taron, to name a few. He also kept in touch with his college friend David and his wife.
