Charles Martin
Tribute
My dearest, Charles Paul Martin 11, it feels impossible that you're not here, but every memory of you shines so brightly. You weren't just my husband; you were my compass, my biggest cheerleader, and the safest place I've ever known. I remember how you'd always approach me from behind, wrap me in your arms, and smother me in your tender kisses. Or, how you'd make my coffee just right, fix things around the house, and listen patiently to my wild ideas. You made life feel so easy and full of joy, even when things got tough. You were a man of quiet strength, infectious laughter, deep kindness, and a soul as pure as they come, and you loved our family with everything you had. You taught me what true partnership meant and that true love does exist, facing challenges together, always talking things through, and celebrating every small win. Even now, I feel your presence in everything I do, from the quiet mornings to merely feeding the animals that miss you dearly. I feel your warmth when your favorite song comes on or the way the sun hits my face. Thank you for the unconditional love, for the laughter that made my stomach hurt, and for being the best part of my world for the last 10 years. My heart aches, but it's also overflowing with gratitude for the incredible man I got to call mine. You'll live on forever in my heart, my forever love, my best friend". Charlie was such a pure soul; anyone who met him fell in love with him. He will be missed by many, but celebrated by hundreds.
