Tribute

Dear family and friends, today we gather to honor the life and memory of Cheryl Yedid, a wonderful mother, wife, and friend. Cheryl was known for her sparkling sense of humor, her impeccable sense of style, and her talent for design. But most of all, she was loved for the warmth and kindness she showed to everyone she met. Cheryl had a gift for making people laugh. She had a quick wit and a sharp sense of humor that would light up any room she entered. I remember one time when I was younger, I told her that I wanted to gain 10 pounds. Without missing a beat, she replied, "I wish I could give them to you!" That was just one example of the many funny quips and jokes she would make to keep us all smiling. Cheryl's passion for fashion and design was also evident in everything she did. She always made sure that her children looked their best, and she had a talent for creating beautiful and inviting spaces. She worked alongside her husband in their landscaping design business, and together they created stunning entryways, front and back yards that would leave their clients in awe. Her talent for design was evident in everything she did, and her creativity was a gift to everyone who knew her. But Cheryl's greatest accomplishments were the ones that mattered most to her: raising two wonderful sons and sharing a 25-year marriage with the love of her life. She was always resourceful and very smart, and she had a way of making everything seem easy. And for all of the times she would fuss at her husband, they loved each other so much and would always make jokes to each other. Whenever we were all together, there were always two things: laughter and love. And that is how we will remember Cheryl - as a woman who brought so much joy and love into our lives. Rest in peace, Cheryl Yedid. You will always be loved and remembered.
