Tribute

Dawn K. Porter of Phoenix, AZ, entered into God's kingdom on January 19, 2024. She was 83. Dawn was born in Wisconsin and also lived in Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona. She is survived by her three children and their families. She also leaves behind a brother and two sisters. Dawn enjoyed drawing, painting, sewing, and crafting, as well as cooking and baking. She attended beauty school and spent a lot of time styling hair. Her career included retail sales and management, and she enjoyed working with people. Dawn had strong religious beliefs and her faith in The Lord was immeasurable. She read and studied the Bible on a daily basis and memorized large passages from the scriptures. She also supported a number of charities and made donations to various causes. She left a lasting impression on a lot of lives and will be missed. Her body was donated to science as she requested to help in the study of diabetes.
