Dennis Hartranft

Tribute

Dennis Hartranft, 87, a beloved husband, friend, and faithful servant, went to be with his Lord and Savior after 68 wonderful years of marriage to his beloved high school sweetheart. Dennis was a lifetime member of his church, where his faith was an important part of his life. He was also a 62-year member of 665 Masonic Lodge and a 60-year member of Rajah Shrine Club. After retirement, Dennis enjoyed spending his winters as a snowbird in Florida, where he loved fishing and traveling. He traveled to Europe, traveled to 41 states, and enjoyed cruises. He was a firm believer in helping others and giving of himself. In keeping with that spirit, Science Care was a meaningful way for Dennis to continue helping others after his passing. Dennis was a great and helpful friend to all who knew him. His kindness, generosity, faith, and willingness to lend a helping hand touched the lives of many. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He is now at peace, reunited with his Lord and Savior.

Dennis will be missed by his wife Eleanor, son Dennis Jr, daughter's Lisa Carr and Karen Rausch, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Jennifer Pilholski, Heather Carr, Kiersten Handy, Kevin Hartranft, Jonathan Humma, and Ashley Pixley.
