Tribute

Dewey was always kind and generous and made sure that no one went without. Dewey was a teacher for 35 years who brought a lot of joy to the classroom. He taught many different subjects and was the Drama Department Director for his school. Dewey was a local theater and movie actor as well. During his career, he was an accomplished actor, singer, dancer, choreographer, director, costumer, and producer. He touched thousands of lives through his performing, teaching, and directing.

Dewey is survived by his husband, Tony Oriente, and his sister, JoAnn Oriente-Byrne. He is also survived by his nephews and great nieces and nephews.
