My mom was my best friend. She had me when she was 17 years old, and my brother at 19. She loved her Harleys and hiking. She was one of the strongest people I know. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at 42 years old, stage 2, and defied the odds and beat that, and was cancer-free up until right before she turned 65, when she was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic pancreatic cancer. She had 7 grandchildren. Her grandchildren were her life. She was the best Gammy there ever was. She had a rough life off and on, but she always knew how to make everyone laugh and was always inappropriate. I know where I get it from. We miss her so much every day and love her forever. We wish she was still here making more memories with us, but she is no longer in pain and watching over all of us.
