Tribute

Doug was a man like no other I have known in my life. He was not always good. He was not always bad but he was a man I loved most all of my life. In his last weeks and days and moments he was extraordinary selfless man. His last wish was to donate the body that his Spirit would no longer need; hoping that through his donation lives might be saved so that they could continue their journey in this world. Doug was a son, a brother, a husband, a father, and a grandfather. He was a poet, a singer, a painter, and a visionary. And he was also the love of my life. Godspeed Doug in your journey beyond this world. I wish you peace and love.
