Douglas Eugene Brelsford, 68, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2026, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He was born on January 29th 1958, the son of Wayne R. Brelsford and Claire Pappas Brelsford. He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Hopfer Brelsford; daughter Melissa Jacobs (Chuck); son Jesse B. Brelsford; and his grandchildren, Emmalee and Spencer Jacobs.
