My dad was always one to teach me life lessons—lessons that shaped me into someone brave, strong, and courageous. Among the greatest of those teachings was the importance of giving oneself to others. His decision to make a full-body donation exemplifies the kind of person he was and the values he lived by. Being able to honor his final wish has been truly life-changing for me. Now more than ever, I am incredibly proud to be his daughter. Thank you, Daddy, for everything. I am because you were.
