Howard was a very loving man, and befriended all that he met. Howard always wanted to help when he could, and we felt this was a good way to help more in his passing.

Friends & Family

Howard leaves behind Donna his wife and Buddy and Debra his siblings, one niece Felicia and three nephews David, Michael and Buddy Wayne plus a whole lot of their little one.
