James Hachey
Tribute
James Hachey known as "I'll turn up" by his friends, was survived by his wife Cheryl Hachey, and his daughter Samantha Hachey. James is now in heaven with his parents Dorothy and James Hachey, his children, son James and daughter Valerie Hachey, and other family and friends. James could build and fix anything with an engine. He has 8 grandchildren. He built the first trike. Which is a half car in the back motorcycle in front. He traveled to places to fix things like amusement park rides and went on bike runs all over. He will be missed and remains in our hearts. I (Samantha) recall our Sunday morning, we went out for breakfast then to a flea market, car show, car race, truck races, museums, wherever the day took us. Maybe even a bar. A dad, a friend, a son, a grandfather. He enjoyed helping the grandchildren, with school projects or Boy Scout projects. He will be missed by all who knew him. He was friendly, kind-hearted, and always willing to help others. His legacy will remain in my heart forever. R.I.P Dad. He asked to be donated to medical science, so we did as he asked. I'm proud of all he helped me grow into. I learned tricks to fix cars by watching him and paying attention. I love you. Your friends called you "I'll turn up" because they knew you would turn up anywhere at any time. The most adventurous type of man.
