Jan was a loving mother, wife, friend, and colleague. Her outgoing personality, strong ability to care for others, and the best hugs ever will always be remembered by those who know her. She was a nurse for over 25 years and loved her profession by helping and deeply caring for others in their time of need. Her love was unconditional when it came to family, friends, nature, and animals. She enjoyed throwing parties for birthdays and holidays, cooking, and listening to music. Rod Stewart was her favorite artist! Jan also enjoyed simple things in life, such as dandelions blooming in the spring, watching and taking pictures of sunsets in the evening, and gazing at full moons at night. When we look to the sky to see them in the future, along with the flowering of the hardy dandelion, we will always be reminded of her.
