Jay was special and incomparable. He beamed with unmistakable energy. He was a rare, unique individual with a brilliant mind. He was charming with offbeat habits, always thinking ahead, and approaching life unconventionally. His carefree spirit drew him apart from all others, for he was completely unmatched, and he marched to the beat of his own drum. He had a strong personality and was never afraid to speak his own mind. He was quick-witted and a great conversationalist, and his daily wisdom will be deeply missed. Most importantly, Jay had an undeniable love for his family and friends, and he deeply fostered every relationship. He had a profound impact on everyone he encountered. It was an honor and a privilege to be his wife and to care for him. He was so brave and courageous during his illness, and I'm incredibly proud of him. I'm grateful for the laughter, the lessons, and for every little shared moment. I'll carry our memories with me always, and I'm beyond grateful for the time and the love that we shared.
