Joann B. Kelton, born December 30, 1936, in Sacramento, California, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2025, in Stockton, California, at the age of 88 due to natural causes. A beloved member of the community and a dedicated family matriarch, Joann was the daughter of John and Bernice Odgers and a proud triplet who often made headlines with her siblings. She is survived by her devoted husband, Ralph Morisse, whom she married on March 24, 2007, as well as her daughter, Patricia Hearden, son-in-law, Keith Hearden, and son-in-law, Scott Wilson, alongside many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Wilson, and sister Roberta Ball, Joann was an accomplished businesswoman who owned River City Furniture in Bullhead City, Arizona, for 25 years and cherished member of Eastern Star for over 70 years. Joann loved to travel; she created unforgettable memories with Ralph on cruises to Alaska and Fiji Island. She loves spending time with her family and indulging in Wii bowling and showcasing her unique sense of fashion. Joann will be remembered as a beautiful lady with a vibrant spirit and an enduring legacy of love.
