Tribute

Meadow was born in St. Augustine, FL and grew up in Flagler Beach and Palm Coast FL. From the beginning she was a feisty and mischievous spirit, often drawing her brother, Noah, and her cousin Katie, into all sorts of adventures. As she grew she developed a love of the beach, horses, her many pets and creating art. As well as a passion for piercings and tattoos. Meadow was goofy and bubbly, always quick to make those around her laugh and smile; scrappy, fierce and relentless in everything she pursued. Her love for her friends and family was deep and she often sought to help or protect whenever she could. She developed particularly special bonds with elderly members of the family. She passed from us too soon and her bright light will be forever deeply missed.

Meadow is survived by her parents, Ann Thomas and Dale Willis, her older sister Daylee Willis, younger brother, Noah Willis, nephew Ulysses Titus and niece, Bernadette Titus. As well as her grandparents; Daniel Thomas, Linda Thomas, and Zelda Willis. She is predeceased by her grandfather, William 'Bill' Willis, and her uncle, Daniel Wesley Thomas II.
