Tribute

Michael came from Minnesota and I came from Maryland. Our paths crossed in 1986 and forever combined the Brown family with the MacArthur family. He was my partner, my companion and since 2007, my husband. With our pets, over the years we created a family all our own. He was proud of his independence and loved that he was the proprietor of his own hair salon Michael John's in Lawndale, California while maintaining a home in Carson, CA. He loved animals and considered his pets his children.

Friends & Family

He loved bowling with Cheryl McDavid and Debra Claytor. He loved them and called them his girls. And he loved his friendship with Ivory Arnold because she opened her arms and embraced him with absolutely no hesitation. He loved his cousins Candy Fleck and Wendy Scribner so much. And he loved me,his husband, Philip. We all miss him so very much.
