Tribute

Michelle (Conran) Jahanpour was born in Mishawaka, Indiana. Michelle was the third of six siblings. Michelle’s fondest memories were spending time at Birch Lake with her grandmother and siblings. Some of Michelle’s big accomplishments in high school were being in the national honor society. Michelle loved academics. After high school, she attended Indiana University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree and received her master's degree in telecommunications again at Indiana University. Michelle moved to San Francisco in 1986 and continued a career in telecommunications. In the early 1990s, Michelle joined the staff at Stanford University and was a communication assistant to the president of the University. Michelle also worked at Stanford Medical in the clinical studies in pediatric oncology. Michelle loved her dogs Juju and Panda. Michelle had a great sense of humor and was always quick-witted. Michelle was always in research and felt that donating her body was her desire.
