Tribute

Paul Gene Sampson, 69 of Saint Jo, passed away Saturday morning, October 22, 2022 at his home. He was born to JC and Daisy Sampson on December 18, 1952 in Dallas TX. He was united in marriage to Debbie Smith on April 16, 1970 until her death on February 27, 2013. Paul and Debbie had three children together, Jason, Chris, and Todd. He married Brenda Crisp on April 24, 2013. Paul loved fishing, hunting and playing pranks on everyone that he loved. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren. Paul was preceded in death by his parents ]C and Daisy, Brothers ]C Jr. and Phillip, and wife Debbie. Paul is survived by brothers David and Kenneth, wife Brenda, sons Jason, Chris, and Todd, step children Nicole and Taylor, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 5 step grandchildren, 2 step great grandchildren. Paul knew the lord and we find comfort in 1st. Thessalonians 4:17 ...and so shall we ever be with the Lord. A private celebration of life for close friends and family will be held at a later date.
