Randy was a man who always had a smile on his face and he was great at making other people smile. He was a hard worker and a dedicated husband, son and friend to all he knew.

Randy had one sister: Kathy Spruill Three brothers: Mike, Tim, and Chucky His parents: Otto's Odell Spruill and Olena Grace Spruill, both who preceded him in death.
