Tribute

Richard Cotsenmoyer was born, raised, and educated in Mansfield, Ohio. He served his country as an Airman in Third Class, 164th Fighter Bomber Squadron, Air National Guard, Ohio. Married twice with no children. Moved to Jacksonville, Florida in the late 1960s. He loved working on automobiles and racing. I had the pleasure of attending county auto races with him. Helped niece and nephews find and purchase their first cars as they came of age. He was a loving and caring person, very involved with his extended family. Always attending family gatherings and celebrations. He enjoyed a good joke, a jolly prankster. He will be greatly missed, A very giving man right up to the end of his very long life.
