Tribute

Richard grew up in Denver. He was married to his wife Velina for 47 years until she passed away in 2021. Together they had 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Richard also had a son from a previous marriage who passed away at the age of 16 in 1985. Richard also has a younger sister 2 nephews and 1 niece. Richard worked for the City of Englewood for 50 years until he retired about 9 years ago. At the time of his retirement, he was the Director of Public Works.
