Tribute

Ross Stephen Etnoyer passed from this life and into the arms of his Savior on Sunday, November 16, 2025. Born July 19, 1952, he was the fifth son of Warren Wenrich Etnoyer, Sr., and Beulah Mary Weaver Etnoyer. He was preceded in death by brothers Warren Jr. (Sandy) and John. He is survived by his brothers David and William. Ross was a graduate of Central Dauphin East High School (1970) and Houghton College (1974). Ross was active in his church and community and was a beloved friend of many. He especially enjoyed skiing and Taekwondo, receiving a 6th-degree master’s belt in 2015. He also loved playing guitar and singing with bands Under Cover (2015-19), RPM (2019-22) and Mimosa Street (2022-25).
