Our Mother, Sabra was born on August 26, 1943, in Rockford, Illinois to Irvin A. & Reva G. Misner. Our Mother entered her rest on May 6, 2024, in Lancaster, CA. Our Mother is survived by 9 children, 21 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, & 5 In-laws. Our Mother was a wonderfully amazingly kind, giving, loving, precious, beautiful lady. She was a friend & very fun to be with. She Loved her Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart, soul, and mind. There was nothing she wouldn't do for another in need. Her priority was to tell everyone & encourage them to came to the saving knowledge of her Jesus, as their personal Lord & Savior. Salvation wasn't a game and prayer was the Key to breakthrough in one's life. Prayer was everything to Mom. Our Mother loved attending church. She would take all 9 of her children to church. Any time the doors of Angelus Temple were open we were there. Church was the foundation of her being encouraged. Our Mother loved her family and wanted us to follow Jesus. She wanted the best for each and every one of us. Her favorite scripture for her children is.. "Trust In The Lord with your heart and lean Not on your own understanding and in All your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your path" - Proverbs 3:5 & 6. Our Mother's favorite sayings were.. "The Lord willing & if the creek doesn't rise", "It's no skin off my nose", " I bet you ten to one", "Son-of-a-gun", "Don't cry over spilled milk", &"Oh, forget about it!" Our Mother's favorite things to do were writing, jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, & word search puzzles, painting, & towards the end loved watching Dr. Phil. Our Mother loved trying new foods. She loved her coffee, She was always up for adventures. She traveled to 38 US states, El Salvador, and Peru. Our Mother lived a very simple life to the fullest. She loved telling stories of life on the farm in Kentucky. She even wrote a book about it. Our Mother has entered the gate & is now rejoicing with her Jesus. She will be greatly missed. We Love You Mom Always and Forever!!
