Tribute

My mom was the most social butterfly that anybody knew. She lit up the room wherever she went. She loved singing whenever there was music, so she usually got everyone singing at parties and whenever we got together with friends. Almost any song from Disney to Rock and Roll to musicals to gospel, she would belt when she heard or thought of it. She was the type of person that when she walked into a room, people would be happy to see. Like the show Cheers, when she walked into a space, everyone would say "Sharon!" She also loved to do crafts. Almost any type, like she was almost always watching some YouTube video about crafts or thinking of what she could do with things in the house to turn into a craft. She is the one who gave me the love of creativity in my hobbies and things I do in life. Besides her love of music and crafts, my mom loved to read. When I was younger, she was an avid reader. She read Steven King, btw she was a horror buff as well lol, Christine Feehan, and James Herriot to name some of her favorites. Among her passions in life, my mom loved her family. Fiercely. My mom and I lost my grandparents and my dad pretty close together when I was pretty young, so the family that we had left and made through friends were so important to us. In 2023, she became a Gramma and she absolutely loved it. I am so happy she got to meet her granddaughter and spend time with her before she left this world. She was my best friend, and I hope this helps people to get to know her better. I know she would have wanted to help and give back in any way she could.
