Wallace "Ray" Moore

Ray lived an incredible life. He cherished his friends and family and gave them all of his warmth and love. When Ray walked into a room, he made everyone around him feel special – he was deeply engaging, immensely kind, and quick with a smile. Ray experienced all of life - he loved to travel the world, enjoy new experiences, and learn about history. You can’t talk about Ray without noting his favorite pastime of golf. He was a top-class golfer, winning the Illinois state amateur championship along with many other golf accolades. He was married for 50+ years to his loving wife Luanne Moore, and survived by his only child, Casey. A wonderful father, husband, friend, and human being. Ray Moore will truly be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
