Tribute

Bill was known for his practical jokes and off the cuff remarks. He left this earth to be with his childhood sweetheart who passed 22 years and 22 days prior. He leaves behind 4 children, 4 grand children, 3 great grandchildren, sister, brother in-law, sister in-law, nieces and nephews, and many life long friends. Life was better with the pocketful of Tootsie Rolls he always carried and handed out.
