How do you ensure scientific accuracy?
Each biospecimen is delivered with annotated donor metadata, promoting scientific accuracy and reproducibility. Testing and annotation are provided where possible and applicable.
What infectious disease testing is performed?
Deceased donors: All whole body donors undergo infectious disease testing (HIV, HBV, HCV) at qualified laboratories.
Live patient collections: Testing and annotation are provided where possible and applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Biospecimens are shipped globally using validated cold-chain logistics (dry ice or LN₂ vapor shippers). International shipments are subject to applicable regulations and import requirements.
