Lead times for clear spine models are typically 4 to 6 weeks from the date we receive your purchase order or payment, along with all required implants in complete and usable condition.

Lead times for custom projects vary based on project complexity and the timing of customer feedback, approvals, and drawing signoffs. Prompt responses throughout the review process help keep projects on schedule.

Encoris stands behind the quality of every product we manufacture. If a product is damaged during shipping due to packaging, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. If you experience an issue with your product, our team will promptly evaluate the situation and work with you to provide a fair and timely resolution.

• Clear acrylic anatomical bone models, created from our extensive anatomy library or developed from customer-provided CT scan data. 
• Foam workshop bones for hands-on training and procedural practice. 
• Custom carrying and transport cases, including soft cases (100-unit minimum) and heavy-duty Pelican®-style cases (10-unit minimum), complete with precision-cut foam inserts and premium graphic overlays. 
• Custom display cases featuring crystal-clear acrylic construction, integrated LED lighting, and high-impact graphics designed to attract attention at trade shows and events. 
• Demonstration models and surgical task trainers that replicate realistic anatomy and procedures, helping showcase the features and benefits of medical devices while enhancing surgeon education and hands-on training.

While we do not offer off-the-shelf workshop bone trainers, we do have a few off-the-shelf surgical trainers available. Encoris specializes in developing custom, modular training solutions tailored to your specific needs. Our trainers can be designed with replaceable bone and soft tissue components, providing a cost-effective option for repeated use and hands-on surgical training.

In most cases, customers provide the implants used during the development process to ensure an accurate fit and realistic demonstration. If providing implants is not feasible, Encoris can also replicate implant geometry for certain projects. Our team will work with you to determine the best approach based on your project requirements.
